Grow your ambassador community
Your ambassador program is alive: new students, customers or partners join your community throughout the year. Magma gives you two simple methods to add new ambassadors to your platform, depending on your context.
💡 The broader and more diverse your ambassador base, the more relevant your matches will be and the better your challenges will perform. Don't wait until the start of term to recruit!
Method 1: File import
Ideal for adding a batch of ambassadors all at once (back-to-school, an event, a new cohort…):
- Prepare an Excel (.xls/.xlsx) or CSV file with your ambassadors' information (first name, last name, email, and any other useful data)
- Import it directly from your Magma dashboard
- Ambassadors automatically receive an invitation to join the platform
Method 2: Registration link or QR Code
Ideal for continuous recruitment or at events:
- Share the registration link directly by email, messaging or social media
- Or generate a QR Code to place on your physical materials (posters, flyers, stands…)
- Ambassadors sign themselves up and join your community
✨ Tip: combine both methods. Import your existing ambassadors by file at launch, then use the registration link for continuous recruitment throughout the year.
