The campaigns section is the core of your activity on Magma. You'll find all your active, past and draft campaigns here.
For each campaign, you can:
- Configure the action type (matching, referral, challenge, review collection…)
- Define matching rules and matching criteria
- Customise messages sent to ambassadors and prospects
- Manage website integrations (widget, banner, form)
- Track performance indicators in real time
Performance tracking
The dashboard provides key indicators to steer your strategy and demonstrate the ROI of your matching campaigns:
- Conversion rate of matched prospects
- Ambassador engagement (participation, response rate)
- Prospect feedback on their interactions
