The ambassador's journey in 4 steps
1. Find available challenges
From their personal space, ambassadors access the list of challenges available to them. Each challenge clearly shows its title, description, points to earn and deadline.
2. Sign up for a challenge
The ambassador selects the challenges they're interested in and signs up with one click. They then receive all the information needed to participate.
3. Participate and complete the challenge
Once the action is completed (social media share, event attendance, content creation…), the ambassador submits their proof of participation directly from the platform. Depending on the challenge configuration, this proof can be a screenshot, link, text or photo.
4. Earn points
After validation by the admin, points are automatically credited to the ambassador's account. They can then convert them into rewards from the catalogue.
