Rewards are the fuel of your ambassadors' engagement. An attractive catalogue that's regularly refreshed maintains motivation throughout the year. Magma lets you add new rewards at any time to keep your program dynamic.
💡 Refresh your catalogue regularly. An ambassador who sees new rewards appearing is more motivated to accumulate points and actively participate.
How to add a reward
From your dashboard, go to the rewards section and click "Add a reward". You'll need to fill in:
- The reward name
- Its description
- The number of points required to obtain it
- Available stock (optional)
- An image to make it attractive
What types of rewards to offer?
- Gift cards and vouchers — Amazon, bookshops, restaurants… the classics that always work
- Branded merchandise — sweatshirts, tote bags, water bottles with your institution's branding
- Exclusive experiences — access to VIP events, lunch with management, partner visits
- Public recognition — social media feature, ambassador certificate, letter of recommendation
✨ Tip: offer rewards at different point levels so every ambassador can reach a milestone, whether they're very active or occasional.
