Validate and distribute rewards
When an ambassador submits a reward request, your role is to validate it once the distribution has been carried out. This mechanism lets you keep a clear track of distributed rewards and those still to be processed.
🎯 Validating rewards is a key step in your relationship with ambassadors. A reward distributed quickly builds trust and long-term engagement.
How to validate a reward
- Go to the rewards section of your dashboard
- Review the pending validation requests
- Proceed with the reward distribution (send the voucher, hand over the merchandise…)
- Validate the request in Magma to update the status
Validation marks the reward as distributed and updates the ambassador's points balance. You maintain a clear view of what has been distributed and what is still pending.
✨ Tip: process reward requests at least once a week. An ambassador who waits too long for their reward risks losing motivation.
