Validate your ambassadors' challenges

When an ambassador completes a challenge and submits their proof of participation, it's up to you to validate (or reject) their contribution. This step is essential: it guarantees the quality of completed actions and triggers the attribution of points to the ambassador.

🎯 Don't let validations pile up. An ambassador who waits too long for their validation can lose motivation. Aim for a processing time of 24 to 48 hours maximum.

How to validate a challenge

1. View challenges to validate

From your dashboard, go to the challenge activities tab. Participations pending validation are clearly identified. You also receive a notification for each new submission.

2. Review the completion proofs

For each participation, review the proof submitted by the ambassador (screenshot, link, photo, text…). Check that the action matches the challenge criteria.

3. Validate or reject

Validate the participation if it meets the criteria — points will automatically be credited to the ambassador. If the proof is insufficient, you can reject it with a comment so the ambassador can resubmit.

Tip: for a large volume of validations, use filters by challenge to process submissions in batches. See the article "Tips for handling a high volume of validations" to find out more.
