Efficiently managing a high volume of validations
As your program grows and multiple challenges run in parallel, the activity tab can quickly get busy. Good news: Magma includes search and filtering tools to help you stay in control, even with dozens of pending validations.
💡 This tip is particularly useful during peak activity periods: back-to-school, enrolment periods, major events… when your ambassadors are very active and validations pile up.
The tools at your disposal
The search function
Type an ambassador's name or a challenge title to instantly find the relevant validations. No more scrolling through long lists.
The filter function
Filter validations by challenge, by status (pending, validated, rejected) or by ambassador segment. You can then process validations in batches, challenge by challenge.
✨ Tip: process your validations by challenge rather than all at once. Filter one challenge, validate all corresponding participations, then move on to the next. It's much faster.
