Restrict a challenge to a selected group
By default, a challenge is visible to all your ambassadors. But in some cases — a private event, an action reserved for a specific audience, or a VIP challenge — you want to make it visible only to a restricted group of people you've selected.
💡 This feature is ideal for event challenges (open days, trade shows, alumni evenings) where only ambassadors registered for the event should see the challenge.
How to do it
1. Edit a published challenge
Access your challenge from the dashboard and switch to edit mode. Even after publishing, you can adjust the challenge's visibility.
2. Segment your registered ambassadors
Use tags to create a segment matching the people registered for the event or the targeted group. If the tag doesn't exist yet, create it and assign it to the relevant ambassadors.
3. Make the challenge visible only for this segment
In the challenge's audience settings, select the segment you just created. Only ambassadors in this segment will see the challenge in their personal space.
